The success of any central lab revolves around the management of Logistics. At ACM-Pivotal, we take complete ownership of all processes . Customized phlebotomy kits are Dispatched to investigator sites within five to seven working days of request.

Full Quality Control checks are performed on all kits prior to dispatch.

All kits are custom designed to comply fully with the appropriate regulations governing the transportation of biological samples.

All samples are then shipped from the investigator sites to the laboratory using a next-day courier service, for delivery to the lab early next morning. The choice of courier is tailored to each investigator site to optimize cost and efficiency.

Frozen samples are shipped on dry ice, using dedicated courier services. All necessary dry ice and packaging materials are provided to the investigator sites, and full shipment tracking is in place.
